Worcesters hot housing market, along with new construction, has led to $2.7 billion increase in the value of taxable property in the city.

The total value of taxable property in the city is $20.3 billion for fiscal 2023, according to City Assessor Samuel Konieczny, a 13.3% increase over last years assessment.
